Relax and Energise with Yoga

Yin Yoga Classes
Come and join us for weekly authentic Yin Yoga practice to relax, energise, improve flexibility and overall body tone. Classes’ focus is on gentle vinyasa flow combining movement, yoga postures , pranayama breathing and relaxation to help you develop greater body awareness, improve joint mobility and muscle tone . If you are new to Yoga, or a more seasoned yoga practitioner – this gentle yoga style would be beneficial on its own or as a complementary practice to your existing home yoga or fitness programme.

Ability and Booking
The classes are designed for mixed ability. Beginners and Drop Ins Welcome! Prior Bookings are essential, please book ahead! For more information and to book your classes visit our website.

​What to wear?
Please wear loose comfortable clothes & have a warm pair of socks and a fleecy top for relaxation.

What to Bring?
A Yoga mat, a blanket, and a cushion.​ ​Spare yoga mats, blankets, and cushions are available too!
